It's not the glow effect we are after it's the color the glow gives in the water( White gives off a greenish color)(looks kind of pale green) in our waters which is clear most of the time except in the spring(now) .Just our two cents ( they catch fish for us) not a pro by any means in daylite hours.Seems to work better early at daylite and right before dark. The midsouth tackle and crappie magnets seems to work the best in the glow colors.Ordered some from snake river will give a report.

I only use be glow baits early dawn or at dusk. Just want to show the Crappie something different. I believe presentation, vibration and confidence are more important than glow.

Hey guys if your fishing in water deep enough which most water is dark by the time you get down 10' so it wouldn't matter IMHO what time of day it is, just if they are biting or not. I have done better in day time than night with my glow jigs and they are very bright. The sun will charge them for you during the day too.
