    Default What's your tried and true.


    Ok, all you seasoned fishermen. What's your favorite lure color for catching crappie. Whats the one color you go too more than any other. Just thought it would be neat to see if everyone's is different or the same. Even though I'm new to this sport mine is chartreuse and orange. Also called Cajun cricket.

    Black and chartruse southern pro, on a 1/8th oz unpainted jighead gets the job done for me on my home lake.

    1/32 chartreuse jig with a 1 inch gulp alive minnow. Fishes under a Thill spring bobber.

    My favorite is blk and chart. with 1/16 oz blk head, but lately on my home lake (reelfoot) i've been caching em on chart. head with a lake fork baby chad in electric chicken.
