    Default sun has them high

feeding pretty good the last few days. the sun has the shallow bays 6* warmer(51 by afternoon) than the main lake(46*). fish are up in 6-2fow chasing shad. life is good for another day or so. cold snap coming in to moving them back out. we had channel cats going on the channel edge(6-8') and crappie out the other side of the boat in the shallows. managed 30some craps and a doz. or so eater cats in a couple hours.

Thanks for the report. I was surprised by your water temps, given your distance north. Can't beat being able to catch different fish out of both sides of the boat!

Thanks for the report River Scum. Hope my tow vehicle gets finished soon at the body shop. Get side swiped and worried I'm missing some great days fishing.

fetish, temps are that high because of the very shallow and very muddy water. also that area is fed by a creek from swampy areas, which helps too.

your not going to miss much slab. you could always hit the local shore spot. they are at shore anyways. lol
