    Default longer life products inc.

I ordered on March 8th the part to turn a 5 gallon insulated water cooler into a bait tank and have never received it. I contacted the guy and he told me he would look into it and get right back to me 10 days ago and have never heard a word. I have sent him several emails and phone calls and get a voicemail and leave message and no response? He has my money but I have nothing and cant get any answers, what should I do, have any one else on here dealt with them and had this issue? I am at the end of my rope with him, I want to get the cooler finished where I can be using it for my 7 year old son to use when I take him fishing. Any ideas or info. would be greatly appreciated.

If you payed by credit card, call your card co. and they will get your money back from the guy.

You could check this Chamber of Commerce site out to rate that business.
Longer Life Products Inc in Tampa, FL 33611 - Chamber of Commerce

I was going throw a link to your post up there to rate them but I didn't since I first had to sign in to the Chamber of Commerce site. I probably would have signed in if I would have had some money in this.

But if you used your credit card then definitely like bighornrmk said contact your CC company and dispute any charges from Longer Life Products. Good luck.

You can also turn in the guy and company, to your State Attorney Generals office. Here in PA, ours has a web site to use for making claims.

Also report to the Better Business Bureau after contacting your bank to start a claim against them to recoup your funds.

Do what others said about getting money back and if you still want that product call Grizzly Jig co. They sell those kits and you would have it in a couple days.
