Being up north I have never spider rigged, one thing I am going to give a go. Watching the video I am amazed how tight those B&M rods would bend without breaking when they were landing fish. The 16 footers are some pretty wieldy rods to handle. I did notice when a fish was on they never would reel up or down, so the depth was consistent after each fish. It should be interesting the first go at it.
