Welcome from PITTSBURGH!! Maybe you can help me. I am looking for info on a Rope a Boat system. It is a winch system for unloading and loading a boat. It is made up near you somewhere. Have you saw any around or know if they work well. They claim they sell alot up that way because you are not allowed to power your boat on and off the trailer because it damages boatramps. Any info would be welcomed.

Great question! I personally dont own a rope a boat system but a couple of my fishing partners do. I asked what their opinion on how they like them and got some positive feed back. They said it works pretty efficient and takes a lot of the hasle out of loading and unloading. Also takes a lot less time to get in and out of the water creating less hold ups. If a guy can afford one they're nice to have. We just have a regular winch system in our boathouse so im not in and out of landings much but i hope this info helped! Happy Fishing!
