The Eno River near Durham, NC. It feeds into the Fall of the Neuse Lake. In colder weather the fish seem to move up into the river. Makes for some good fishing!

I've also been fishing the Black river here in Missouri. Having much better luck than the lake. About 4' off the bank, they seem to be suspending about 6' deep under over hangs. A bit difficult to positon the boat and dicey getting them out of the limbs but a great time with lots of laughs.

nice looking fish.Done alot better than I did yesterday.Went below Weiss Dam,Water was up & they was running alot of water.caugth 1 fish all day.I believe in 30 some odd years that is the worst day I've ever had catching Crappie.Most of the time I can find a mess of fish.Well There is alway's next time hehe.>>>>Bentpole
