Best way would be to take it by a prop shop and have them measure it. They have a machine for that.
I have a stainless prop that does not have any numbers on it does any have any ideal on how I can determine its pitch angle?

speck chaser......the pitch is determined in inches of forward movement in one rotation of the prop. If you remove the prop from the motor and push the blades halfway into soft soil, then turn it in the forward rotation for a full turn helping it forward. Mark the blade as a starting point and stop it when it is back into the soil. Measure the distance in inches from zero to stop and you should have a good estimate of the pitch. An old shag carpet will work instead of soil, but is more tedious.
