Used a black and chartreuse one today, and didn't get a bite. Think it was the color. All the bites and fish came on blue and chartreuse. But I didn't have the joker in that color.

Did pretty good last weekend with electric chicken jokers, but in all fairness, I did just as good with other poles rigged with curly tails and horse hair jigs

I will be glad when the Walmarts in my neck of the woods start carrying them.

Here getting a jig in front of a fish lots more important than color or shape. I tried to get some guys to bet me I could'nt catch a limit on a unpainted leadhead with a few knots of yarn on it. Did not get any takers on that bet.

Agreed. There is no magic jig. Give me the wrong bait in the right place everytime.

Color is a FISHermans attractor more than a fish attractor!

I haven't seen the joker jig. I am kind of a sucker for jigs myself but totally agree with Nimrod, deathb4disco, and realtors. Location location location. I was real proud of myself went to BPS Friday and didn't buy a single jig. Helped to stay out of that area lol.
