Default One up Front and One in the back?

Gonna be spider rigging out the front. Also have holders going out the back should the guy in the back be set up with weights same as in the front or more like long lining out the back?

Most when spider rigging with only one up front than the one in back usually drag corks behind boat or longline jig behind the boat unless you are fishing deep. The guy in back have to get fish that boat has gone over so he need bait far back for spook fish

Guy in the back gets to keep his back to the wind....lucky guy...brrrr...

    Seriously tho ....

Guy in the back has plenty of opportunity to experiment cuz he doesn't have to run TM or maneuver toward waypoints...
(He can even stand up and cast out to the sides while watchin his own poles....)

Two upfront is the way to go. Fish 12 rods and when you go through a school of fish and 5-6 rods go down you have help......

SINCE GRENADA AND SARDIS ( HAVE A 3 POLE LIMIT) AND MY BOAT IS NOT LARGE ENOUGH UP FRONT TO ALLOW TWO , I AM THINKING ABOUT TWO 2 POLE SETUPS . ONE ON EACH SIDE . USING A 14 AND A 16 FT POLE OUT EACH SIDE . DO YOU THINK THIS IS BETTER/WORSE THAN 4 POLES OUT THE BACK ? ON ENID I WOULD BE ABLE TO FISH 4 OUT THE FRONT AND 4 IN BACK. (I KNOW YOU CAN USE 5, BUT I DONT )

What if you don't want to rub elbows with another dude up front? What if your fishin' buddy smells funky? Or what if your fishin' partner is a heavy talker? Probably want him/her in the back by themselves right?
