Chart/pumpkin and it looks like a killer crappie catcher.

I'm a little color blind, but its looks like the cajun cricken Bobby Garland makes. I could be way off though, I'm seeing orange.

My family calls it a corded jig. The body and tail is chart with a orange cord in the middle

I think those are made by Keith and Jessica at Microspoons and jigs. They sent me some a couple seasons ago when i was on their prostaff.

I agree, he used to be on the Ga board! Someone on there would know how get them. They are from the Lake Lanier area and are known for Microspoons.

Don't feel like the "lone ranger", CJ ... I had Microspoons make me some of their Nasty Shad jig bodies, and they've been some serious Crappie catching baits. Unfortunately, when Microspoons went commercial, they dropped that bait & sold the mold. They just didn't have the capability to continue to manufacture all of their former lineup of baits, and still have time to provide their outlets with a sufficient amount of product.

While I am happy for Keith & Jessica, in their success at going commercial ... I'm not happy about their decision to drop this particular bait. I agree with Crappieseeker ... you're best bet would be to see if any of the members, that custom make plastics, can duplicate (or come close enough) that bait & color scheme. It's my intention to do just that, in order to find a "Nasty Shad" clone !!
