Default Cold start on the Grand 2-3-13

Went to Beagles tree but it was gone, fished by the mark on the side of my boat but nothing, went up and talked with Brian then on up a bit, then back by Brian and he had 7 he said, not a fish in my boat Back to the old honey hole notbhing First two hours cold, windy and no fish at all, not as much as a dink???? Beagle has got them all in the sink

6 weeks a ago we were on a great bite before the ice came, wonder if they are still there????? Lets go see A few minutes into this we were pulling in nice fish They just kept coming, I am talking bout some gudduns Ended the day with three of the best limits in a long time, two in my boat and one in my buddys Plain minners mainly, drowned at 4 to 8 ft deep in 8 to 14 FOW. Best 15 in boat went 21.5 lbs, ended with 13 lbs of fillets out of 30 fish. Was a great day after all!
Big Thanks To The Fish GOD!!!!!

Dang. What a day. Should have saved them for me. That is enough fish to win 4 tournaments with over 10 lbs. Guess I should have got out for a while this morning. Had company coming over for the game so had to run and pick up last minute items and then home to cook.
