Probably Virgil Ward.
I was watching the Hank Parker show this morning on TV, and he mentioned the death of Homer Circle. I was reminded of another early fishing show some years back that I used to watch and couldn't remember the name of it. The guy fished a lot in Missouri and had a son named Greg. A lot of his shows looked like they were shot on home movie equipment. Can anyone help me remember?
Probably Virgil Ward.
Just curious ... anybody want to add to my list of favorite "older" fishing shows seen on St. Louis tv?
I remember the name Gadabout Gaddis. Seems like he had some kind of fishing show but I was pretty young at the time
Harold Ensley did a little fishing also .....
I have not yet begun to procrastinate .....
I filmed some shows on Stockton with Virgil in it's early years..
Greg i'm pretty sure was his grandson.
