    took my oldest son fishing at loz put in at kaufman beach and headed up towards indian creek. got awful windy and really wasnt finding much happening on the docks, so ended up finding a small semi protected cove, that fortunatly for us had several bait balls running around in 20 -26 ft of water. find the bait fish, find the crappie. stayed in the same spot the rest of the day my son ended with a limit and i got 13 nothing huge just some nice 10-12 inch fish. all caught on minnows 12-16ft down

    Nice report, I guess most were stuck at work like myself yesterday, 70's in Jan. I can almost here that grease popping,lol.

    Glad to hear they were biting. They were tight lipped Saturday. Finding the schools of shad seems to be working the best right now.
