I have a few and they work well. I'm curious what rebel lure did you use that they quit making?
I used Rebel crankbaits for years long lining, but since they
quite making my lure, I went to Bandits and Xcalibur with success.
Was looking at the Strike Kings, and was wondering if anyone using
them with any luck, and if so which types are you using. Thanks

Fish like your hungry!
I have some and they catch crappie as good as the Bandits......Rebel still makes the Crappie Crank R's...I recently bought a bunch......they work good also.
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

I can't seem to find the chartruse and silver, and the black and silver deep
wee-R. On my lake, these colors did best for trolling crappie.
I know stripes/hybrids and largemouths love them! In my part of country never needed them for crappie. Crappie love jigs!
I catch an occasional Bass on these lures, but trolling at the correct speed, the right
color, and around structure, i have caught hundreds of crappie. Have done some jig
fishing, but not much.
How are all of you guys rigging up your crankbait rigs? On Table Rock, the crappie fishing ends about mid May. I would love to know how you guys rig up to catch them all year. Give me some pointers. I have crappie fished for about 20 years on the Rock and there is nothing I would love more than to be able to catch them year round. Are you using heavy sinkers and three way swivels or what?
Jus click on this and start reading....its everything you need to know....it is also the longest running thread on C.C http://www.crappie.com/crappie/missi...nks-101-a.html
