I can not watch the you tube video at the fire department tonight, but hope they threw it back. Not really an honorable way to catch a 3 pounder!

obviously not throwing the net for bait but to catch crappie, definitely illegal in Missouri

I may be wrong but i dont think that guy was actually throwing that net for baitfish.
