Default HI-Tek rod holder users ...

Considering another set of rod holders, looking at Hi-Tek Rod Holders Extreme V but was wondering what locks the T bar to the vertical bar. Was worried about the T bar spinning loose. Was on the web site and couldn't find any information on how the HI-Teks assemble.

Another rod holder that looks interesting is the Elite Rod Holder, does anyone have any experience with the Elite product of rod holders?

There is a flat machines into the t-bar and a 5/16 stainless steel bolt holds it on. Takes a 1/2 inch wrench.

They lock together when the bolt it tightened down as mentioned above. Love mine. Used them this past weekend in a tournament and switched from pulling jigs to pushing minnows during the tournament in only a couple minutes. Very well made.

Just tighten it down and it will not spin. Been pulling cranks with them for 6 years. If you are not happy with them, just give me a call.
