    Default finding the right color

New to crappie fishing. Hear a lot about changing colors til you find ehat color works. How long to you give a color before switching to a different color

If your marking fish on your graph, I would switch quite often until you find the right color. Also would switch up presentations if need be. I usually have a couple go to baits and colors that I'll start with, and then go from there.

Seldom change colors but try to get it on fish. Time wasted changing baits is lost fishing time.

Yep, nine times out of ten if they don't bite black, white, or chartreuse....here anyway, its just easier to find fish that will play. Seldom do I have luck enticing a bite on colors outside of those if those don't work. Lot less stress and wasted time to get on the right fish than fool with fish that won't play or aren't there regardless.
