    Default Sinkin' brush???

What do yall look for when you decide to sink some brush. I'm guessing you don't just start sinking it where ever. What are certain things that are deciding factors as to where you decide on making beds?

Find a flat close to a channel or drop off to deep water. Decide if it's going to be a winter or summer brushpile. Most lakes get drawn down in the winter, as much as five to six feet. You don't want the brush sticking above water in the winter cause everyone will mark it and fish it all year. And remember, less is best. Sparse brush/limbs have produced a lot better for me than thickly limbed branches with a lot of little limbs. If you go off most points, there will already be piles there. A good side imaging graph will spot lots of stuff for you to fish. People have been sinking brushpiles since these lakes were formed, FIND'EM!
