    Default My Truman best


    Caught this pig in 09, never forget it, took two of us to get him in, and the scales went to 50#'s but he maxed them out so not real sure what he weighed? Bass Pro didn't want him, said they didn't have a tank big enough for him..... So went back out and released him, knew I didn't have a long enough chain saw to filet him......I used that 13 1/2" crappie in my left hand for bait that day......doubt if I ever catch one this big again......darn good thing I was using braided line.....I just knew when my finder screen went black something was up.....sure hope to catch one a little bigger soon........

    Thats the biggest Tilapia I have ever seen come out of Truman.

    Ok, I think you been home too long and need to get out and fish. You can see that fish weighs alot by the way the gills are pulling away.

    I caught one like that right after WW1. I was driving a model T and was fishing from a piece styrofoam.
    New goal 16" crappie by December 30
