    Default Atwood rod holders ?

At least I think they are Atwoods, the ones at Wal-mart. They only have the flat angles here and I was wondering if anyone had tried to bend them up to a different angle? May have to order a couple.

Hey Steve, I've got six of those I might could make you a deal on if you
want, I used them about twice during my experiments with tight-lining:rolleyes: They are mounted on a 1x2" aluminum rectangle tubing
six feet long. I did move a couple of them by bending, just to make all of
the rods sit the same, only bent them maybe 1/8" or so. They are pretty tough to bend, but it did ok.

I got 4 that I have mounted on the sides of my boat, all 4 are the 0 degrees kind. When I started CB trolling I figured it would be better if 2 of them were say 25 degrees or so to kind of keep my lines apart a little better. I built up the front and back of 2 of them and got a little beter elevation on my rods. I only need 2, really don't need them I guess, but thanks for the thought. Put them on the swap board. Are you trolling any, wife had surgery Tuesday and was in for 2 nights so I haven't been able to go, looks like we may get a break in the heat next week and I may be able to go.

Not since last weekend, I'm in the middle of trying to trade boats and
can't sleep, no appetite, headaches :D in love (or lust) or something like
that. But maybe I'll get loose tomorrow for awhile. Best wishes and
"get well soon" to the better half, Jeff

The will bend but it would require a vice. You may also consider mounting them on some sort of a pipe so they can be adjusted at any angle you like 'em at. Here's mine:
