I was fishing in a local lake pier to day cranking in small crappies on a jig and twister tail. i was cranking in a 6 inch then once I brought out of the water a 7 1/2 pound pike jump out of the water and tried to grab it!! it scared the crap out of me !!the i got my pike rod set up and caster out onece and hooked him he fought hard. it took me five minutes to land him! I was so happy! the later I caught a 2 pound crappie!!:D

That is fun. I once had a BIG largemouth bass attack a small bream I had hooked........supprised me so bad I yanked the bream away from him. Then realizing what I had done put the bream back, but it was too late.:p

Later that year I caught an 11+ out of the same lake............:D

    Ain't fishing fun!

last month my brother was reeling in a small perch about 6 inches or so and a bass ame out from under the dock and tried eating the perch. i was suprised but he a actually caught the bass. the perch got away though. bass was about 2 pounds nothing big at all but it was one of the coolest things i have ever seen. we were hoping the perch would be in the bass mouth so we could get a pic of it but wasnt.
