    Im new to this and I was just wondering where the best places to crappie fish in ky are? Best tackle? Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!

    I fish all over the state and I believe the best overall is Ky and Barkley. Both for # and size. But there are many good places in Ky. All your lakes and rivers hold crappie and can be caught if you learn the water. Some of the best are Green river ,Rough river, barren river, Nolin river. But I have caught lots of crappie at Cedar Creek, Ky river, Cave Run, Herrington and Dale Hollow.
    The only thing better than a day of fishing.Is a week of fishing.
