    Default journal/log

I have been looking at some older post:
    Fishing logs

In some of you'll older post on making a log/journal and what to put into it. Most of you'll have said the same thing for me. I needing to make one. So now I'm going to make one and keep up with it. Is there a PC/mac program like a spread sheet to keep one on? I got a Mac for christmas so i not to sure it has a spread sheet.
Is it better to keep it on paper.
i had posted this on Arkansas forum but like see what other think.

There are some free programs that has a spread sheet just download one of them, They are far more versatile than the bought ones being that you can send or print in xml, pdf. odt or whatever. I personally use "open office" and "Libre" they work on windows, Mac & linux. Then if you will download "Dropbox" it will give you 2 gb of free cloud storage and you will never loose your information even if your computer crashes or is stolen. When you save the file just copy and paste over to dropbox and you will have it on all of your computers and smart phone.

Pictures from my phone stored in photobucket that are dated and rivergages.com to check what the water level was. Our spring fishing can fluxuate 14 or 15 feet easly, we have to learn it at all levels. Do use a written journl for boat ramp at certain water levels.
