do the titles for the motor and boat need to be notarized? Iam also goen out of state, I will pay sales tax here in ohio? LMK thanks

I would highly recommend it, doubtful you can get it transferred without it. You could call your local states licensing division to make certain.

I take all boat purchases to the DMV where I buy it. They will tell you the proper protocol. Don't bother to call, at some point they will say"I really need to see it". I don't trust anyone's opinion on this except those that do it every day for a living.
