    Default Pontoons

What kind of pole holders do you use on your pontoon? or How do you rig your pontoon with pole holders?

I am new to pontoons, just got my first one this year. I love the space, but I am having trouble rigging it with pole holders. BPS has one holder just for pontoon boats, but most of my poles won't fit it right (the pole would simply fall out at the slightest bump). Just looking for some ideas..............

Tarheel, I use driftmaster rod holders on the rails, and 2 driftmaster T bars (holds 4 rod holders each) on the bow. I also use 4 Scotty rod holders across the stern. This toon has a 4 foot deck on the bow and a sundeck across the stern. Utilize the rails, I have never had a rod pulled from the driftmasters or scotty's. 16 holders in all.

So you screw the rod holder right into the rail?
