    Default Dry hands?

Not sure about others, but I suffer from dry hands, especially when fishing. When at home, there are lotions handy to alleviate this uncomfortable condition, but when fishing, I'm always concerned with transferring a lotion smell or scent to the jigs, or other baits.
I have searched for a "no scent" lotion to no avail. So. I'm wondering if anyone here has had better luck than me.

If you suffer with dry hands, especially when fishing in cold weather, what do you use? Or do you just suffer with it?

    Thanks

    K

My hands will crack if I don't keep lotion on them in the winter, it's from years of working outside. The best I have found is Corn Huskers Lotion it is oil free. I put it on in the morning and before bed. You can buy it at Wal-Mart.

I've got a friend that makes his own soap. It has more glycerin in it and since I started using it I have had less drying of my hands
Take you kids fishing today!!! They will be grown (and married and have children of their on) tomorrow. Then you can take your GRANDKIDS!

Put lotion on and then surgical rubber gloves. It will keep your hands moist and from drying out and keep the scent at a minimum.

Was going to reccomend the same thing. The best BY FAR. My thumbs and fingers get so dry that they crack in the winter time and this stuff will heal them like no other. And its odorless.Working Hands

I use O'Keeffe's Working Hands hand cream. It comes in a lime green container about the size of a hockey puck. Around here I find it at Lowe's, Home Depot, Farm and Home supply, etc. It works for me better than anything else I've used. Does a good job of healing and preventing cracking. Give it a try!
