    Default Christmas Dinner


    I have got it pretty darn good. Every year, the in-laws come to our house for Christmas. I have fried up a mess of crappie for them several times in the past and they love it every time. This prompted my wife to declare this year's main course for Christmas Dinner to be crappie. The best part is that I had very little crappie in the freezer. I received my orders about a week ago..... go fishing, and then there were more orders, go fishing some more. Christmas dinner is now covered. That doesn't mean I'm done fishing (not by a long shot!!). Yeah, I got it pretty darn good!!
