    Default Gnna have some crappie for dinner tomorow!


    Went to the MariOsa with a couple buddies and ended up catching ten crappie. The five biggest were 11.5-13.25". Also lost two nice ones. Not the best day ever but not the worst! The size made up for quantity. Cant wait to dig in to those crispy fillets tomorrow for dinner!

    good times!! just curious, how deep is the osage running about now? can a fellow still run a prop boat around there?

    It's lower than I jave ever seen it. We tried to run to the lock first but chickened out. Down from the ramp is ok for a prop though.

    The MariOsa is just off highway 50 east of Jeff City on the Osage River.
