Truman Lake 12/8/12 Cold, chilly, and decent fishing

Think I need to haul old Ron to vegas, he is on a roll, he landed another nice big one this am, hitting the scales at 1.87, buck has them fancier scales than we got..... Bucky, ron and I hit it for about 3 hours then kinda whimped out, that north east wind just kept on getting colder and colder..... had one limit of nice ones, with old ron's being the best and a few just under that..... dipping trees and brush piles, elec. chicken, and white and sparkle tail..... 8' down in 10-12'fow....... water temp was 48..... air temp was colder than that.....think we will take a few days off........ don't like the sound of the weather nor the wind for a few days......
