Default Looking for campground on fishing lake Tenn/Kentucky

We are traveling from Florida and brother is coming from Ohio. We would like to meet up at a nice campground on a fishing lake somewhere in Tennessee or Kentucky. The campground needs at least a boat ramp but boat docks would be great. We are looking to go mid august.

    Any suggestions are appreciated!

Try Birdsong Resort in Camden, TN Campsites on the water, covered and non covered slips, and a on water store. The Phone no. is 731-584-7180 they have boat and motor sales and service onsite and some great fishing, as well as the only freshwater pearl farm in the USA. If you have any more questions send me a pm and I will give any info I have, as I live close...Mike

If you are willing to come all the way into KY up I-75 you come fairly close to Cumberland lake.

    Piney gets my vote.

Piney is a nice campground and there are lots of sites right on the water.

Thanks everyone! I think I have decided on Birdsong. The pictures on the website look very nice.
