    Default Black Friday Sales for Crappie Guys


    I've been watching for some decent rods but I haven't seen any in the Cablea's, Bass Pro, or Dicks Black Friday flyer. The only thing I've see that I'm thinking about buying is the filet table from Academy.

    Anyone else seen anything worth looking at?

    If you don't know you can see the ad scans at blackfriday.fm or bfads.net. I'm sure there are other sites but I've been using these two for years.

    I wish black friday sales were during fishing season. Seems the bulk of black friday sales at BPS and Cableas deal with hunting items.

    It's hunting season and and when it is springtime Bass Pro very seldom does sales for the crappie guys, always Bass stuff.

    That is the exact reason why I try to make my own lures. My B-n- M rods and Ugly Stick rods have lasted for years.

    but thinking its because this isn't fishing season makes me want to scratch my head when i see the sports superstores are having summer activity things like baseball, golf, kayaks, bikes etc.. on sale for black friday but almost nothing for fishing.

    It is fishing season. I didn't know it ever stopped.
    Take you kids fishing today!!! They will be grown (and married and have children of their on) tomorrow. Then you can take your GRANDKIDS!
