Thanks for your idea on them crappie cakes. I have made my own recipe for this dish and it's great, but without you post about the idea I doubt I would have tried this, at least at this time.

Everyone be sure to check out my web site and get my recipe off of it and give it a try. A few people got it after I made a post about cooking some, but I am sure more would like this dish.

Thanks, I fixed it once, but I guess I missed something since I never had a web site before this and only had it 2 weeks, LOL!
