Default Big fish Sat... hidden trees..

I took pity on Guy today since he hadn't fished while recovering from heart surgery (I think they gave him one). Took him to Lewisville to sample some big fish catching.

Worked like a charm, we fished only new places we found today (that's always fun) and caught well over a double limit, keeping 36 of the bigger ones. All fish came on Slab bandits, color didn't seem to matter. Caught fish from 10' to 27' deep.

If you want to know where I will show you. We looked for underwater trees and fished there all morning catching 2 to 5 at each tree. some shallow as 12' and some as deep as 35'.

There's trees like this all over the lake. We barely scratched the surface on this type of fishing.

PS.In case Guy dies tonight from over fishing I promised to tell that he caught more than I did today (Seemed pretty even to me).
    Good fishing.

Awesome, sounds like you found some new honey holes.

I love to spend about 1/4 of the day searching for new spots and learning new things about my Sonar unit, or try new fishing techniques.

I meant to behave, but there were just way too many other options available at the time.
