I have caught them way way up the sac and my best luck was when they were letting some water out. Trolling crankbaits, remember to fish the outside bends on every turn all the way up. Watch the depth of the water, there are some really shallow spots. Right now the whites should be working pretty good.
    Good luck

They can be caught up there in the spring. Can catch a crappie, white bass and walleye on three consecutive cast.

Sounds like the levee on Kerr Lake in Oklahoma. Long walk out there, but the channel runs right at the tip, in the spring you can tie on double jig rigs on 1/8 heads, make long cast, and bring in white/crappie combos, walley/crappie, walley/white, etc.
The best way to get to where you want to be in the future is to act like you are there TODAY.
