Fishmark 480, love mine and got for $189 at Bass Pro.
Okay I'll be buying a pontoon here shortly.I opened the bass pro catalog and started going thru the pages looking at the fish finders and noticed theres alot of them!Anyone have any reccomendations for a good unit for 300.00 or less?

You might enjoy the Eagle 250 S/Map. It is a combo SONAR/GPS with built in maps. The GPS is WAAS enabled and it has an internal antenna. The display is very easy to read in even extremely bright sunlight. The screen can be run GPS only, SONAR only or split. All for less than $200! It is a great little unit.

BPS has the Eagle CUDA 168 on sale now thru July 4th for $49.99...I bought one, mounted it on my pontoon boat this week...works great...easy menu...has all the features I could want...

I also have the 480. Gives good detail and is easy to learn to use. Good unit for the money.

I found them at the extremely reputable online store newegg.com for a lot cheaper. The only problem is catching them in stock there.
I have the Humminbird 535 and the Humminbird Matrix 17 on my boat. For about $300.00 the Matrix 17 gives you GPS. These units work great and the real time sonar is spot on.
