I don't need many boxes for my soft plastics and hardware and never bring bags of soft plastics. Here are a few ideas.
The foam packing strips keep the baits in place and straight.
Jigheads are stored by weight and hook size. (ie 1/32 #4 hook, 1/32 #6 hook, etc)

I might try the jighead idea it will keep me from having a big wad of tangled hooks to try and wiggle one out of. Especially being all my jigheads have wire weedguards on them

Great idea on jigheads . I use safety pins to keep my loose hooks on .
