    Talking And now for dessert

I have eight jars of black raspberry jam cooling on the kitchen counter. Will someone please bring the ice cream?
The way our berries are coming on this year, I believe I'll be making more. - Roberta

Take some whip cream and a sprinkling of sugar put it on the raspberries and mix it together real good. We couldn't ever keep enough around to make jam. What memories!! I want some.

Yeah, we do that to put on our ice cream, too. Yum!
I made cobbler the other day and added some ricotta cheese to the biscuit dough to make it a little richer. .
This has been a very good year for berries. Best thing is our mulberries are loaded so the birds are eating those instead of the raspberries.

I've probably eaten more Mulberries, in my life, than I have Raspberries :D There used to be a huge tree, at the end of my street, back in the days when I was a pre-teen. Used to take several weeks for the Mulberry stains to come off my hands ... LOL!!

Now, when it comes to "cobblers" ...... I can eat a whole Blackberry Cobbler, myself, at one sitting Raspberry Cobblers come in a close second. :D

Hot Blackberry (or Raspberry) Cobbler, with a scoop of "Nilla" ice cream on top ..... ....... don't get any better than that !! ......... cp
