Longview Lake on Friday

Me and my daughtrer went out to longview to do some dock fishing, and had some fun catching crappie. Most of them were
small but we had a ball. The fish were biting all over the place nonstop for hours, the biggest of the day was a 12incher caught
by my daughter. She of course teased me all day long for catching the big fish of the day. The bottoms of the bigger crappie 10in +
were covered in thick mud showing they are allready starting to lay on the bottom. As the sun came out and the temps started to rise the fish also came up in the water column and were hiting so close that we could see them take in the minnows. Smithville docks open up on the first of
NOV. Time to stock up on gear for next year. A trick I use so my wife cant keep track of my fishing addiction is to load money on a walmart prepaid card untill the spring then I go on a shopping spree and never has a clue. Later Guys. OH and WHEN in the He$$ is another meet up.
