Well Not really, I took a couple shots of the trees we fished Wed. and for you younger guys/gals, that never seen stockton back in the 70s hear is a sample of what it looked like, even when the water was up to normal...

The main thing I remember about Stockton back in the 60's was the locals talking about catching Northern Pike. Those Northerns took off up the creeks as far as they could go in the spring. I have a friend that caught one back then in a little creek about 6 miles north west of Republic.
I have not yet begun to procrastinate .....
we seen them northerns little sac and 13 hwy .and 11.75 in black bass by the barrels full in spring of 69
wasnt arround the lake in 69 when the Dam was finished, but I have often wondered how long it took to fill up, think the first time I fished stockton was 1970, maby 71, never caught any northern and darn sure glad they aint none there now,,, or gar .... yes buzzy it is sons creek
