We do want to go up to it on the 13th, but I don't know anything about it at all. Never been to one so we are going to Miss early just to do that so hope to get to meet a bunch of C.C people!

can you add some info for me as to what to expect and what goes on? You can PM me if you would prefer.

09-30-2012, 06:13 PM
skip, this is my first one, but from what i am gathering everybody just goes fishing and we have a couple cookouts, a kinda meet and greet thingamabob. I am sure some of these C.com veterans can give you better info than i have. Good traveling, pm me if i can help in any way.

Thanks for the info I appreciate it. The wife and do plan on going over to where it is which we still need to figure that out from Grenada since we are staying there. Will get there on the 12th.

thank you again!

From Grenada it is only a short ride north on interstate 55 to Sardis, maybe 30-40 minutes. The lake is not far off of 55, very easy to get to. you may want to bring your boat because Sardis can be as good and sometimes better than Grenada.

I would but that is almost 400 miles to Grenada and my body is going to need a break. I have plates and screws in my back so that drive is probably all I need to think about doing. I would love to, but its just bit really feasible for us right now. I am basically just an old broken down man with too many issues to do more than fish the one day in a row. I hope to fish both of them, but probably on different trips.

if i can help with anything to make your trip better let me know, i'll do what i can. you have a pm
