X3 Grizzly Jig is a good company. Have a decent selection of items. Contact them for their catalog, but you can see a lot of stuff on their website.
The only drawback to me is their shipping rates. I seem to have to stock up or "go in" with friends to make it cost effective.

In the last week I bought quite a bit of crappie fishing stuff. I bought jigs from litewirehooker here on the forum (Curtis Hobbs), tubes from ebay, and Bobby G baby shads from Brannan (http://www.brannansbass.com/). I like ordering from them. Its a bass shop but they have a crappie section and shipping turnaround is hours, I thought their prices were very fair. if they are out of anything they personally call you to either cancel that part of the order or suggest something very similar. very personal friendly service. Lures, line, rods, reels, and misc stuff from ebay.

As everybody has said, plenty of good places on here. If you need/want it, somebody on here has it. Much rather give my business to these people than to the big chain stores. Even for a few dollars more. :twocents

Gizzly's a good place to visit and order from. Monck's from past post is good a well, and if lightwire jigs, stumphunters jigs, several others on here that make their own are all good. Each person on here that I've worked with (order from) has been a pleasure.

On line is the best place to shop. Far faster than driving between stores and far better selection. IMO the cost in time and money shopping in person is no less than most shipping charges, and then I still have time and gasoline in the tank. I try to surf to the maker first, if possible, at least for the first look. Then a bit of googling to flesh it out for alternatives. They almost always have the best selection in their own lines. If they distribute to retail outlets or other online stores, they often list those outlets. Direct from the manufacturer is often a bit more expensive than if you can find the same product from a reseller who can get the wholesale discount.

For crappie jigs and tubes I would recommend starting at Southern Pro, but don't stop there. You can find almost whatever you want in jig heads all over the place. Many high quality smaller operations that make their own and sell direct are also sponsors here. Check the DIY forums. A lot of those guys post pictures there and have their websites in their signatures.

Welcome from Alabama. Look on c.com in the jig tying forum or DIY Plastics forum. There are talented people there as well.

Robert is a member on here and is a great guy to deal with. Slab Bandits are very durable and come in a variety of great colors. Crazyanglertackle.com is also well stocked in jig making components as well. Give em a look.
