    Default Two in a row

WOW, I thought nothing could top last weekend's fishing and maybe I was right but this weekend was close.

Sat. Guy and I returned to Lake X and once again had a great day. Cold front conditions slowed things down a bit but we stuck with it and ended the morning with 55 big ones on the counter. (all were released) Slab Bandits in "Blue Bayou" was the hot color.

Sun. Guy decided to stay home and watch the Cowboys (Bad mistake) so Rick and I went out on Lewisville in the rain. Came in at noon with 30 for one of our slip neighbors, decided to go back out since it was so cool and the rain had stopped.

Stayed until 5 PM and had 46 more on the counter and they were huge, some of the best average size of the year. Over 20 on one brushpile. Todays hot color was "Caddo Magic" Slab Bandits.

Strange that all weekend we hardly caught any undersized fish.

Here's where we caught a lot of Sundays afternoon fish.

    Good fishing.
