Any of the big online fly shops will carry them. Bass Pro does (look for "sili legs".) Bob Marriotts, Cabela's, Hook & Hackle also carry them.

Another alternative is spinnerbait skirts.

Net craft has it. Also they sell flat strips pf round rubber in a bunch of colors it will peal apart in very small round strip that is perfect for sewing into small bodies for legs.
