Default How can they do this?

I was over at BPS today spending all my money and got to admiring a $30,000 Triton boat. It was advertised as nothing down and $97.00 a month. What is that, a 30 year loan? Good grief!

    Default 30 year loan

Check out the fine print. I saw Fisher boat company advertising the same thing. But the $97 a month is just for the first year of the loan, then the payment jumps right up to pay the boat off in 5 years I believe. Probably Triton and Fisher are owned by the same comglamorate.

Suprised to see a trition at a BPS, since they sell there own boats the nitros. If the deal looks to good there is always a catch to it.

Shellback, actually Fisher is owned under the Tracker umbrella. BPS carries Nitros and Tracker. I have seen this advertisement many times on most all brands of boats at some point. It is also big in the auto business. The payment is very low for only a few months, then goes way up.

Are you sure it wasn't a Nitro you were looking at? I went to Triton's website and didn't see the special deal, but when I went to the Nitro site, they had the $99 a month for the first year deal.
