    Talking which would be better

    Eagle Fishmark 480 or Lowrance X125 or Eagle® FishMark™ 500c
THE FIRST 2 ARE BLACK AND WHITE WITH THE 500C BEING COLOR.
PRICES ARE 249.00, 349.00 AND 400.00. I hear alot of good things about color vs black and white. But if the b/w has more pix, would that be better.

The higher the pixel count, the better the resolution. Since Lowrance makes Eagle, I suspect the 480 and 125 are the same. Both have 480 X 480 pixels count which is higher than the 500C. I have a X125 on my bow and its pretty good. I've been trying to make up my mind to put a 102C there. ITs the same as the X125 except color and $200. The color ones sure look nice tho.

The color units are so much better than the black and white ones. They really make a difference in the way things show up. It would be worth the money for the color. The 102c is a great unit.
