Ordered an American Angler Electric fillet knife from this website a couple of months ago Electric Fillet Knives ~ Find the best Electric Filet Knife | ElectricFilletKnives.com

Their prices are good, but no one is home. I was never able to reach anyone by phone or email, and it took me almost 8 weeks to get my money back. You can't even leave a message when you call because the machine is full. It's been that way for weeks now.

Just thought someone in the market for an electric fillet knife might read this post and save themselves some aggravation. I have reported this website to several but as of this morning it is still up and will take your money. Just don't expect a package anytime soon!

That's strange cause I just got a new American Angler knife on line just about a month ago. It was $33.00 plus tax and shipping. I'm going to look and see where I ordered it from.

Let us know. I doubt it was from these guys as my credit card could never make contact or get a reply from them either.

Sorry it took so long to reply. I ordered it from Amazon.com and when I ordered it it had free shipping but I don't think it does now. American Angler knives are the best there is IMHO.

I am sure Amazon is a safe bet. I in no way meant anything bad toward American Angler, I may actually own one of their knives someday.

Honestly when I called them to let them know how a dealer of theirs was operating their actions were not all that impressive. I have tried to contact them twice since for a followup but no reply from them? What the Heck?

I know if a dealer of my products was conducting business in that manner I would be taking action ASAP.
