    You got some nice looking jigs,
    But crappies don't need all that
    Bling,,,,,

    But when fish are biting as you
    Know, they hit almost anything;

    hey mike yea that is true if your the only one on fish with no fishermen in sight it's not a problem. But what i've learned before I owned a boat and only fished the bank aka combat crappie fishing shoulder to shoulder 5 to 10 anglers fishing around a small cove or a rip rap shoreline or a steep bank waiting for the evening bite to slowly picks up then it's wide open and you have 45 minutes till dark everybody catching but someones cathing 2 or 3 to everybody else one. guess who?? Many times it's the guy doing something different. Like line weight,presentation,color, shape, size etc. I can remember in the 80's throwing a customized curly tail when everybody else was throwing 1 1/2" tubes. Don't under estimate the bling Bro.

    you making everyone jealous That's what my dad always did--they would use 2-3inch bass curly tail grubs and catch the heck out of them--I never did understand the little tube thing--til later
