    Default Just finished Death Stars...PICS

First time I ever spent money to throw it in the lake. I put these together out back, but will haul to lake tomorrow and paint. Will see what happens in the spring. Sure looks good though. I will probably build up three more. Thanks KILLER. I think this will solve my problem at the boat dock.

One red, one yellow, and one green. No particular reason. These are the colors I have in spray cans. I think I am going to build three more of these things and paint them mixed colors. It will be interesting this coming spring. By the way, that is why everything you saw at the lake house was painted green. I have a lot of yellow this year, so I guess everything will be yellow this coming spring. lol.

Why would you paint them? Any specific reason or do you just have alot of paint you need to get rid of! LOL I Plan on buying some and sinking them on my home lake here in Arkansas. The corps of engineers sinks some pvc attractors on the lake, but there all off limits to boat fisherman. They seem to work for the dock and marina fisherman though!

I was all set to buy about 7 of the green balls and I found out my local lake does not allow the sinking of anything. They it is a Liability. I know fisherman have sunk stuff in the lake before. What concerns me is the chance of seeing a Game Warden is pretty good.
I'm sick of following my dreams. I'm just going to ask them where they're goin' and hook up with them later.

Same here in Pa. C.O.E. lakes dont permit you to sink anything in them here. Some guys drag fallen trees from the shore with their boats tho. One guy that does that has had to put his motor in the shop a couple times now. Thats not for me.

Isnt painting them a bad idea? I have painted pvc before and paint does not bond well with it. Also puting paint in a lake is just polluting even more than already is. I am no enviromental activist, and nor am i preaching about it. But I think at least try to help out, and not make it any worse.
