Its not 14 foot, but you can get a pelican bass boat and small trolling motor at Academy for $620. You'd have to shop around for a small trailer.

Scour Craigslist and tinboats. Gonna take some due diligence on your part and not many pop up in that price range but they do from time to time. Take a ride thru the backroads and do some door knocking when ya see one used as a junk container in a yard. Watch for steals on used motors then you can watch for a hull and trailer. Ya missed a great deal on here a couple months back when a guy had a glass stick steer Terrybass style boat for $600.00. Might pm barnicle bill and see if he can dig up the old add and possibly he may still have it. I believe the guy was in Texas or Arkansas if I remember correctly. I believe it was an old Kingfisher hull if I am not mistaken. Found the old add, it chucktx that posted the add. It has been deleted as expired. Might be worth a shot.
